Terms & Conditions

A non-refundable deposit is required to lock in your appointment slot:

• Singapore (Kapo Factory): SGD 100, paid via PayNow.
• Malaysia (White Crow Tattoo Parlor, Johor Bahru): MYR 300, paid via DuitNow.

Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received and payment proof has been shared with Lydia on Telegram. The deposit goes towards the total cost of your tattoo session.

You may reschedule your appointment once only, provided you give at least 24 hours' notice before your original appointment time.

After one reschedule, or if you request a reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit is forfeit and a new deposit will be required to book any future session.

All deposits are strictly non-refundable. TattByLyds does not offer partial refunds, cooling-off windows, or exceptions of any kind.

If you cancel your booking for any reason, your deposit is forfeit. Please make sure you're committed to your session before placing a deposit.

Failing to show up for your confirmed appointment without notice results in:

• Immediate forfeit of your deposit.
• Permanent blacklisting from future TattByLyds appointments.

Lydia maintains the blacklist personally. Clients who no-show will not be accepted for any future bookings.

A 15-minute grace period applies to all appointments.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, you will be required to make a new appointment — even if you're already en route. Your current deposit is forfeit, and you will need to pay the full session fee in advance, including a fresh deposit, when booking the new appointment.

Please plan your travel accordingly, especially if you're crossing the border from Malaysia or Singapore.

Free touch-ups are available for 60 days from the date of your original tattoo session, covering minor healing issues such as ink drop-out or patchiness when cared for properly.

After 60 days, touch-ups will be charged as a regular session. Touch-ups do not cover damage caused by poor aftercare, excessive sun exposure, swimming, picking at scabs, or any other client-side neglect.

All designs created by Lydia — whether flash or custom — remain her intellectual property. You receive the right to wear the tattoo on your body; you do not receive the right to reproduce, resell, or tattoo the design on another person or artist.

Free Edit Rounds

Every custom design comes with up to 3 rounds of free edits before the session. Please compile all your changes into a single list per round — 1 list = 1 edit round. Scattered one-off requests will still count against your round total, so it helps to take your time and group feedback thoughtfully.

Edits Beyond 3 Rounds

From the 4th round onwards, a surcharge per additional round of edits applies:

• Singapore: SGD 30 per round of edits
• Malaysia: MYR 100 per round of edits

This keeps the design process sustainable and ensures Lydia's time is respected.

Non-Refund on Completed Designs

If you decide not to go through with the appointment after design work has begun, you will not be refunded any costs — deposit, edit surcharges, or otherwise. This policy exists to respect Lydia's artwork and to prevent her original designs from being taken to another artist.

TattByLyds reserves the right to refuse or end a session at any time for clients who:

• Arrive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Behave inappropriately, aggressively or disrespectfully toward Lydia or other clients.
• Fail to disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies or skin issues that affect safety.

In such cases, the deposit is forfeit and no refund will be given.

Lydia will walk you through detailed aftercare instructions at the end of your session. Once you leave the studio, the healing of your tattoo is your responsibility. TattByLyds is not liable for infections, scarring, or healing issues that result from failing to follow aftercare guidance.
